Some apartment have been newly remodled with hard wood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as built in microwaves. Summer Ridge Aparment Homes is dedicated to making our community a safe one. We have a 24 hour surveillance system. We also have the Davenport Nets Unit that works with us to ensure our neighborhood stays safe.
